Engagement, Performance or Compliance

I recently heard a great way to look at different ‘training programs’. They are either for the purpose of engagement, performance or compliance (e.g. out of regulatory requirement). It is a good question to ask ourselves which of these 3 categories your program belong to.

And the more interesting idea is that a good event should have all 3 elements.
